IOS Upgrades
Please do not upgrade your IOS version during an active project. We take great care to pre-empt problems with upgrades but it can take weeks or even months before IOS bugs are identified and addressed by Apple.

    Updates Feedback - so pleased
Delighted to say that feedback since the last round of updates has been entirely positive and users appear to be finding even more ways to use the apps to make their jobs easier - as well as using them in ways that we hadn't envisaged at the outset.

We have found that not everybody is aware of the limitations set by Apple, or the limitations of the hardware or system software - you know how slow it is to transfer a photo by bluetooth? - well, that's not your phone causing a problem, just the bluetooth spec.

So, please find below a few points that will help you get the best out of your Continuity Pro apps and your iPad:

- Bluetooth is not designed to transfer large amounts of data, so for sheets with many photographs it is often quicker and more accurate to use iTunes to transfer and merge projects or characters within departments.

- Creating PDFs in an app is reliant on the individual iPad having enough available ram to complete the export process. In any app, if there is not enough available ram the app will crash. If this is the case, export to PDF at a smaller level, for example by set or character as opposed to project. Or regularly export your project to PDF and store on your computer.

- Keep your iPad clean and efficient by offloading previous projects to iTunes and storing them on your computer.

- if you have copied a sheet, the corresponding Dropbox link will be the same, so you will be unable to upload a copied sheet to Dropbox.
